Returns and Refunds

• If your item is faulty or doesn't function properly, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of receipt.
• Once the evidence is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund immediately without requiring the item to be returned.

2. Items Not as Described, Unexpected, or No Longer Needed:

• Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.
• A full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging.
• You have an additional 30 days to return the goods after notifying us.
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

3. Sale Items:

• Sale items are eligible for the same refund rights as full-priced items.

Important Note:
Stynis reserves the right to decline refunds for items damaged due to unauthorized repair attempts or repairs conducted by third parties.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Guarantee:

• All Stynis products include a 9-month warranty from the purchase date, covering defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, such as dropping the product or intentional misuse.

Repair or Replacement:

• Stynis will repair or replace defective products at no cost.
• If the product is irreparable, we will replace it with a new one.
• Refunds are not issued under the manufacturer's guarantee; only repairs or replacements are provided.
